This gives each participant many opportunities to interact in real-time speech and receive personalized feedback. Live Virtual Introduction Call: Tuesday, September 10. 10:00-11:30 am U.S. Central Time (GMT -5)

Live Virtual Group Coaching Times & Dates: Tuesdays, 10:00-11:30 am U.S. Central Time (GMT -5). September 24, October 22, November 19, and December 10.

Program Map

Each month of this program will revolve around a specific topic. Weeks 1 & 2 of each month will focus on the online component of this program. Participants will have access to a variety of materials that expose them to new vocabulary. They will also have access to a private member community platform to help reinforce this new vocabulary via guided practice tasks. Coach Sarah will check in daily Monday-Friday on the member community platform (except Sept. 26-Oct.11). Week 3 is the live virtual group coaching session. Participants will have a variety of opportunities to interact with Sarah and the other participants. They will also receive personalized feedback. Week 4 will include guided practice tasks online to help reinforce weeks 1-3.
Live Group Coaching Sessions

Each structured live group coaching session will include speech warm-ups, a variety of speaking tasks in pairs & small groups, and feedback to reinforce learning. You will receive individualized feedback from your peers and Coach Sarah in a supportive environment. In addition, you will learn techniques and exercises to help you steadily improve your spoken English fluency beyond this program.

Access to Online Supplemental Support Materials

You will have access to articles, audio recordings, videos, and other authentic language-use resources that are appropriate for B-2+ & C-1 Speakers of English. These will help enhance your vocabulary on a given topic or theme.
Member Community Support

You will have access to a dedicated community platform that is open only to you and the other program participants. This will provide a support environment for continued practice and consistent engagement between the live group coaching sessions.

How will this Fluency Booster Group Coaching Program Work?

This program combines both synchronous live coaching (real time) and asynchronous online coaching (not real time) to provide flexibility and consistent engagement throughout this program.

Live Coaching Sessions. We will meet weekly by Zoom for 90 minutes. Each session will include a structured framework to help you progressively build your language skills while participating in a variety of speaking tasks. These sessions will include...

Techniques and exercises to help you learn ways to steadily improve your spoken-English fluency as you progress on your English language journey.
Discussions on a variety of topics.
Roleplays.
Vocabulary building activities on topics that interest you.
Rotating partners to ensure everyone interacts with everyone.
Individualized feedback from your peers and Coach Sarah to ensure diverse perspectives.

The impromptu speaking tasks will help you steadily improve your speaking, listening, vocabulary, and speech clarity skills.

Online Community Platform. From September 10 - December 17, you will have access to a private online community platform. This will provide a supportive environment for continued practice and consistent engagement. Who are the other training participants?

This program is designed for global professionals who are B-2+ (high-intermediate plus) to C-1 (advanced) speakers of English. Prior to this program's start date, Sarah will schedule a time to talk with each participant to ensure that they are B-2+ to C-1 speakers of English.

When I have the floor, I would like to get individualized feedback on my vocabulary use in addition to my speech production. Is this possible?

Yes, absolutely. While the focus of this speech coaching program is on fluency, let Sarah know what else you would like feedback on. For Sarah, this gives additional value to the group coaching experience: the other participants have the opportunity to learn more as they listen to the feedback that you receive from Sarah. Keep in mind that the journey for advancing your spoken English is a dynamic one. With the proper guidance and community support, you can steadily move forward and enjoy the process.
